Scrubs - Best. Opening Credits. Ever.

The opening credits for Scrubs is like a dream come true. Characters and names flash by as the vocalist singing the theme song rushes to get a full sentence in.

And then it is over.

The first few times I watched, I thought it was a joke, that the real opening credits were going to come on after the commercial. But no, that was it. Amazing.

Sometimes things really are as perfect as they seem.

scrubs is the most brilliant show to hit tv since frasier, and it does a nice job in filling the void that frasier left when it vacated the airwaves. i also thought last night’s episode was one of the top 5 i’ve seen yet. i wish they could give us an hour a week! zach braff is quickly garnering a lot of respect from me, though i haven’t seen garden state yet…heard great things about it. i wonder when scrubs will be syndicated (even though i’ve seen every episode)?

I think I saw an episode or 2 of Frasier. Not sure if I made it all the way through. It didn’t offend me but didn’t impress me at all. Maybe I was still mourning for Cheers. Scrubs reminds me of Parker Lewis Can’t Lose more than any other show I’ve ever seen.
GO SEE GARDEN STATE NOW. It is still playing at the Manor.
The more you hear about Garden State, the less you will be able to discover for yourself when you see it. The more good you hear about it, the more disappointing it will be if it doesn’t live up to the hype. The more money it makes, the more encouragement Fox will have to let Zach write, direct, and star in another movie. I had no idea he did all that until the movie was over but wondered throughout how they managed to have this role he was so perfect for.
BTW, Zach has a Garden State blog.
