Wired News: Music Industry Spurned by Court
Yesterday, the Supreme Court told the RIAA to fuck off and “let stand a lower court decision holding that the recording industry can’t force internet service providers to turn over the names of users trading music files online”.
Beautiful. Looks like the RIAA will have to concentrate harder on it’s main business (screwing musicians) instead of continuing to branch out to new areas (screwing their customers).
