I just recieved a phone call from Wells Fargo, saying they will just draft my Mortgage payment -$160 at the end of the week. I'm not sure they've even recieved the email yet. She (different woman) was extremely proactive this time and didn't ask me anything, just told me straight up, that she appologizes for what happened, and the money is taken care of.
