Mintee wants an apology from Wells Fargo
Wells Fargo has been screwing him over since he made the mistake of refinancing his home through them, up to and including causing his insurance company to cancel his homeowner’s insurance. Now he thinks he’s going to get an apology? heh.
[UPDATE] Just received this from Mintee:
well that didn’t take long. I just recieved a phone call from Wells Fargo, saying they will just draft my Mortgage payment -$160 at the end of the week.I’m not sure they’ve even recieved the email yet. She (different woman) was extremely proactive this time and didn’t ask me anything, just told me straight up, that she appologizes for what happened, and the money is taken care of.
