The Ladykillers (2004)
The Ladykillers is a quirky, dark, and funny ensemble heist flick set in the dank South. Tom Hanks is in it, which means it is almost guaranteed to be worth watching (as long as you disregard The Polar Express and The Terminal). It may go down in history as a low point in Ethan and Joel Coen’s careers, but it is worth watching. Except for the way the kind little old southern black lady loves Bob Jones University. That bothered me from several angles. Seriously.
